What is HIIT? - It's a cardio session arranged as short bursts of very hard work. You start at our warm up station and every 3 minutes the boxing timer goes and you have 20 seconds to move to the next station. We have 7 stations with box master stands, boxing/kicking bags, free weights, perpetual running machine, TRX bands and more. Our final station is the "Burn Out Zone" where we push you to your limit to get the most out of session.
OR... You can turn up at anytime we are open and use the GYM as you like...
This means if you want to alternate your workouts by using the Weights as you like creating your very own STRENGTH and CONDITIONING workouts you can do this too, making it the MOST Versatile GYM Available with your HIIT Sessions available when Your Ready without the confinement of Class Times.
